About this Scholarship
Gitam University offers the Gitam Admission Test (GAT-2015) for admission to engineering, architecture, and pharmacy programs at its Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam campuses.
The test is a computer-based online test for admission to various programs, including B.Tech., B.Arch., and M.Tech. programs.
Applicants can apply online at www.gitam.edu or obtain hard copy applications from selected branches of Union Bank of India, Indian Bank, and Karur Vysya Bank.
Applications must be accompanied by a demand draft of Rs. 1,000 (Rs. 600 for female candidates) in favor of GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam.
The last date for receipt of applications is March 31, 2015, and the admission test will be conducted from April 20 to May 10, 2015.

To be eligible for the GAT-2015, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: 17 years and above as on December 31, 2015
- Qualification: Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate
- Qualifying Examination: Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate
