The ITM PGDM iConnect Program is a two-year, AICTE-approved postgraduate diploma in management designed for recent graduates and young professionals seeking intensive industry exposure. The program replaces traditional classroom learning with extended internships and live projects, allowing students to build professional experience while earning their diploma. Faculty mentors guide each student through multiple corporate assignments, ensuring academic rigor alongside practical skill development.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to Indian citizens who hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates in their final year of graduation may also apply. Selection is based on academic performance, entrance exam scores (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT), and a personal interview.
There is no minimum percentage requirement, but preference is given to applicants from economically weaker sections. Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD) must provide valid certificates.
