The Training and Placement Cell of B. K. Birla College (Empowered Autonomous Status), Kalyan aims at bridging the gap between campus to corporate. The cell plays an important role in locating various job opportunities for both the graduates and the postgraduates passing out of the college. The placement cell acts as a connecting point between the industries and the students. It operates throughout the year to facilitate the placements.

The placement cell assures complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process by making college infrastructure available to them. Relevant details about the students are shared with these visiting companies for further recruitment process. Once the students are shortlisted by the companies, they further conduct tests and/or interviews at the campus. The placement cell facilitates the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement and aids at every step in the recruitment process.

The cell also ensures that the students are trained to help them make a successful transition from the college to the corporate life.
