About this Scholarship
The Rhodes Scholarships for India funds Indians to study any subject at the University of Oxford. Six scholarships are offered each year to outstanding Indian graduates who show academic excellence and leadership potential. Since 1947, over 200 Indians have become Rhodes Scholars, joining a global network of leaders.
The scholarship covers full tuition and living expenses at Oxford, enabling scholars to focus fully on their studies and personal growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be Indian citizens who have completed a bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university. They should be between 19 and 25 years old on 1 October in the year of application. A strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential are required.
There are no income or mark thresholds specified; selection is based on merit and character.
