Japanese Government MEXT Scholarships 2027 (Research Students)

To apply you need to meet these conditions: Indian nationals in the age group of 18 to 35 years are eligible. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent for master’s level research and a master’s degree for doctoral research. Candidates should have a strong academic record and must secure admission to a Japanese university before applying. There are no specific income or marks thresholds, but preference may be given to candidates with demonstrated research potential.

Applications close on 15 May 2023. Apply before this date — late submissions are not considered.
