The University has established 14 scholarships for students from the Eastern Partnership Countries and Kazakhstan. The entrants and students showing best performance shall be granted a tuition fee reduction of 100% throughout the entire period of studies.

If you want to qualify for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

Education Exchanges Support Foundation is opening a Call for applications for Lithuanian state scholarships for full-time Master’s degree or integrated studies (a part which is equal to Master’s degree studies) at Lithuanian higher education institutions for the year 2026.

A monthly scholarship is equal to 592 Euros. The grant covering the study cost is limited to and cannot be higher than the national standard study price.

Funding under the 2026 Call will be provided to the citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, China (People’s Republic of China and Taiwan), Georgia, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Ukraine, The United States of America, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin of non-EU and non-EFTA countries, 70 grants in total.
