Entry requirements for international students applying to University Canada West include:
- Undergraduate Programs (Bachelor of Commerce / BA in Business Communication / Associate of Arts): Successful completion of upper secondary education equivalent to a Canadian High School Diploma (e.g., Higher Secondary Certificate / Class 12 for Indian students) with an overall minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent). Official high school transcripts and graduation certificates with certified English translations are required.
- Graduate Programs (MBA): A recognized four-year baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Applicants without a 3.0 GPA may be considered if they hold acceptable GMAT/GRE scores or relevant professional certifications. Applicants without a business background or required prerequisites may be required to complete the UCW MBA Foundation program prior to starting the degree.
- Application Documents: Official transcripts from all post-secondary and secondary institutions attended, Statement of Purpose (SOP), updated resume/CV, letters of recommendation, official English language test scores, and a copy of a valid passport identification page.
