The Ministry of Culture-Fellowships to Outstanding Artistes supports Indian artists in performing, literary and visual arts who wish to carry out research-oriented projects. These fellowships are meant for artistes with a proven track record and are not for training, workshops, seminars, autobiographies or fiction writing. The scheme encourages both academic research and performance-related research across all art forms.
Eligibility Criteria

Fellowships are available in two categories: Senior (for established artistes) and Junior (for emerging artistes).
