The Defence Research Laboratory Junior Research Fellowship is a two-year research position open to post-graduate science students in the North-east Region of India. The fellowship provides a monthly stipend of Rs.8,000 along with House Rent Allowance and medical facilities. Candidates selected for this role will work under the guidance of scientists at DRL, contributing to defence research projects in chemistry and related fields.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a first-class M.Sc. degree in Inorganic Chemistry. The maximum age limit is 28 years, with relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates. Preference is given to candidates who have qualified UGC/CSIR/NET/GATE examinations.
Candidates currently employed in government or public sector organizations may apply with proper permission.
