About this Scholarship
The Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program enables Indian postgraduates to teach Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, or Urdu at U.S. universities while pursuing professional development. Selected candidates spend nine months on a non-degree grant assisting language courses, enhancing cross-cultural exchange between India and the United States. This program is open to early-career educators committed to teaching Indian languages abroad.
Eligibility Criteria
Indian nationals aged 21–29 years who hold or are pursuing a master’s degree in English or a related field are eligible.
