The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is the doctoral programme of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), designed for students who wish to pursue advanced research in management. Recognized as equivalent to a Ph.D., the FPM equips scholars with the skills to investigate complex management issues. IIMA provides a rigorous academic environment that fosters original research across diverse fields such as economics, finance, marketing, organizational behaviour, and production & quantitative methods.
The programme aims to develop highly trained researchers capable of contributing meaningfully to management theory and practice.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a master's degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point average. Those with a professional qualification such as CA, ICWA, or CS can also apply. Work experience is not mandatory but is considered an advantage.
