About this Scholarship
The IIT Madras Summer Fellowship Programme offers Indian students in engineering, science and management disciplines an opportunity to carry out short-term research at IIT Madras during the summer. It is open to students who have completed at least two years of their undergraduate programme or are in the first year of a master’s programme. Each fellow receives a stipend for a maximum period of two months to cover living expenses while working on a research project under the guidance of IIT Madras faculty members.

Applicants must be Indian nationals. They should be in the third year of a B.E., B.Tech., B.Sc. (Engineering), Integrated M.E. or M.Tech. programme, or in the first year of an M.Sc., M.A. or MBA programme.
