To apply you need to meet these conditions: The scheme is intended for students pursuing a full time bachelor's degree in engineering or technology who come from families with limited income and who were already selected under the corresponding scholarship in an earlier year. Applicants are generally expected to show satisfactory progress in the previous academic year, continued enrolment in the same course and institution, and an income certificate supporting the financial need condition. Students who entered engineering through the diploma route may also be covered in some cycles.
