AIIMS Jodhpur is spread across 167 acres and offers excellent infrastructural and educational facilities to its students.

The Central Library provides access to over 950 e-journals, including approximately 930 Clinical Key e-journals, from various publishers. This ensures timely access to current and relevant medical literature.

The Central Mess is fully air-conditioned and caters to both boys and girls. It provides clean and hygienic food with comfortable seating arrangements.

The institute has facilities for both outdoor and indoor games. Outdoor facilities include badminton, basketball, and tennis courts, along with a football cum cricket ground. Common rooms have facilities for games like table tennis, chess, and carom, along with adequate seating and a television.

The campus has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, based on the course. Hostels are well-equipped to meet the daily needs of students and provide a comfortable living environment. They offer modern facilities along with safety, convenience, and recreational amenities.

Students have to pay INR 1,000 as Hostel Security, which is refundable. The hostel rent differs as per the courses. For the BSc Hons Nursing course, the hostel rent is INR 480.
