Assam Higher Secondary Education Council Cut Off
The Assam HS (Class 12) exams for 2025-26 will be held from February 11 to March 16, 2026. The minimum passing marks are 30% for each subject and 30% in aggregate.
Marks are calculated separately for theory and practical. You must secure 30% in theory and 30% in practical to pass. For subjects with practical exams, the qualifying marks are 30% for the theory part and 40% for the practical part. You need to pass both parts separately to pass the Assam HS exams 2026.
For subjects with no practical exam, the pass mark is 30% of the total marks. If you fail to score the required percentage in either theory or practical, you will be considered failed in the board exam.
Grace marks may be awarded up to 5%, 4%, and 3% of the maximum marks for papers with A, B, and C grades respectively. The preference is to help you attain the minimum mark needed to become 'Eligible' (grade D+).
