All India Bar Examination Eligibility Criteria 2027

Candidates must have completed or be eligible under the current Bar Council of India rules for a three-year or five-year LL.B. programme from a BCI-recognised university or an approved college affiliated with such a university. Final-year or final-semester students may apply if they have no pending backlogs from previous semesters. Graduates who have completed their LL.B. but have not yet received their degree certificate may also apply, subject to BCI guidelines.
