The examination duration is 2 hours. Questions are answered on an Optical Response Sheet (ORS) using a black or blue ball-point pen. Part II carries approximately 30 marks in the ratio of 1:1:4 for General Knowledge, General English and Islamic History and Culture. The detailed question count and marking arrangement can vary where a programme has a special paper format.
