Madhya Pradesh Counselling Application Process
- Go to dte.mponline.gov.in and click on the B.E./B.Tech Counselling 2026 link.
- Create a login using your Aadhaar number or mobile OTP.
- Enter your JEE Main 2026 roll number — the system auto-fills your NTA-registered details.
- Fill in your personal, academic, and domicile information.
- Complete Aadhaar-based eKYC.
- Upload the required documents, including your Aadhaar Card, a recent passport-sized photograph in JPG format (100-200 KB), Transfer Certificate (TC), and Migration Certificate from your last institution.
- Upload category-specific certificates if applicable: SC/ST candidates need Format-1, OBC-NCL candidates need Format-2 (within validity period), EWS candidates need Format-11 (from the current financial year), and TFW scheme candidates need Format-10 (family income certificate, maximum Rs. 8,00,000/year).
- If applying under the defence horizontal reservation quota, upload your Military/Ex-Servicemen Certificate.
- Pay the counselling fee of Rs. 1,530 during registration. This includes Rs. 1,000 as partial tuition fee (refundable, adjusted against first-year college fees on reporting), Rs. 400 as counselling fee (non-refundable), and Rs. 130 as portal/processing fee (non-refundable).
- Submit your registration.
