Mizoram University Engineering Entrance Examination

The paper is objective and multiple choice and is based on the class 11 and class 12 syllabus in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, so preparation follows the standard higher secondary science course rather than any special material. The test is normally held at centres in Mizoram, and the number of questions, the duration, the distribution across the three subjects and the marking scheme including any negative marking are stated in the prospectus issued with each notification. After the result the university publishes a merit list and conducts counselling in which qualified candidates verify documents, indicate branch preferences and are allotted seats in the branches on offer, with reservation applied under central university and state rules. Seats remaining after the main rounds may be filled in later rounds.
