Payment Failure During Registration
If your payment fails, do not retry immediately. Wait 48-72 hours for the amount to be automatically refunded to your bank account or card.
Once the refund appears, make a fresh payment attempt. If the refund does not appear after 72 hours, contact your bank with your transaction reference number. Regular school students are not directly affected as the school handles the batch payment.
Correction of Errors in the Application Form
You can get errors corrected only during the officially announced correction window and only through your school for regular students or through the NBSE portal for independent applicants. You can correct minor spelling errors in your name, re-upload a rejected photograph, and request a change of centre preference.
Once the correction window closes, no changes are accepted under any circumstances. Inform your school in-charge immediately when you spot an error.
Admit Card for Nagaland Board Class X 2027
Your Admit Card will be distributed through your school, expected in January 2027. NBSE releases admit cards to affiliated schools, and your school will hand them over to you before the exam.
Independent applicants (Repeaters and Private students) may be able to download their admit card directly from the NBSE portal using their Application Number and password. Collect or download your admit card well before the exam and verify all printed details immediately.
