Panjab University Law Entrance Exam

The papers are objective, multiple-choice tests. A law entrance paper typically covers legal aptitude and legal awareness, English language and comprehension, logical and analytical reasoning, and general knowledge with current affairs, while the postgraduate paper is built on the core subjects of the law curriculum such as constitutional law, jurisprudence, contracts, criminal law and international law. The number of questions, the duration and the negative marking rule are set out in the university prospectus for the year. Candidates apply online through the university admission portal, download the admit card, appear at an allotted centre, and are then admitted through a merit list followed by online counselling, document verification and fee payment.
