Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHM), Panipat is a catering college located in Panipat, Haryana. It was the first college in Haryana to offer courses in catering. IHM Panipat was established in 1973.

At that time, it offered two main courses: a two-year Diploma in Hotel Management and a three-year Diploma in Food Production, Hotel Reception, and F&B Service. In 2012, the institute became an autonomous body. The college provides skilled and trained professionals for the catering field.

Current courses include a three-year BSc HHA program, a one-and-a-half-year Diploma in Food Production, and a one-and-a-half-year Diploma in Food and Beverage Service. Library facilities are available with textbooks of all subjects. Training: Industrial training is conducted in different respected hotels. These include JW Marriott, Mumbai; Kempinski, New Delhi; Oberoi Maidens, New Delhi; and Crown Maidens, New Delhi.
