About this Scholarship
The Defence Electronics Research Laboratory-Junior Research Fellowship (DLRL-JRF) supports Indian students who wish to pursue research in electronics and communication engineering. This two-year fellowship can be extended as per rules and provides a monthly stipend of Rs. 8,000 along with House Rent Allowance (HRA) and medical benefits as applicable. Candidates with a first-class B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) are eligible to apply.
The fellowship aims to encourage young engineers to contribute to defence electronics research under the guidance of DLRL scientists.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have a first-class B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). They should be Indian citizens and not exceed 28 years of age as on the last date for receipt of applications. Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, and OBC candidates as per government norms.
