About this Scholarship
The Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement Scholarships (GRAAM Scholar Program or GSP) is for Indian students at any study level who want to learn research and policy work by collaborating with grassroots organizations. Through GSP, students gain field experience under expert mentorship while helping local groups document their work and analyze community issues. The program bridges academic learning with ground-level realities to produce evidence that can inform policy and advocacy at larger scales.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to Indian students enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral programs. Applicants from any discipline can apply. There are no restrictions based on caste, gender, or income.
Preference is given to students with prior engagement in social issues or grassroots work, but this is not mandatory.
