The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) is a doctoral-level research scholarship for students who wish to pursue advanced studies in management. The programme equips scholars with the skills to identify and research complex management issues. IIMA offers an excellent research environment and aims to develop highly committed researchers trained in the latest methodologies, producing original work.
The FPM is recognized as equivalent to a PhD by the Government of India, covering fields such as Agriculture, Business Policy, Economics, Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, and Personnel and Industrial Relations.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. Those with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 60% marks or a professional qualification like CA, ICWA, or CS with 55% marks are also eligible. There is no upper age limit.
Candidates in their final year of qualifying exams may apply provisionally.
