*Higher averages may be required for admission to programs in which the demand for places by qualified applicants exceeds the supply of available spaces.**Admission averages are calculated using the top 6 Grade 12 U or M courses.
Candidates completing a DEC with a minimum of 24 academic semester courses may be considered for up to one year of advanced standing credit towards completion of their Lakehead degree.

To be considered for admission as a Mature/Adult Student, you must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who has not been engaged in full-time studies for at least two years and have completed less than one year at a community college. You have never attended a University and do not meet the General Admission Requirements.
