Indian students interested in applying for the Ministry of Education Tuition Grant in Singapore need to meet the conditions below to be eligible:

• Accepted an offer for a full-time UG degree or diploma program
• Sign a 3-year service bond
• Pursuing the first degree program at the UG or PG level
• Provide 2 qualified sureties to sign the agreement
