Seneca College has a student strength of more than 30,000 full-time students and 60,000 part-time registrants, of which the international student strength amounts to more than 7,000 from more than 150 countries. Seneca College's acceptance rate is around 85% and the Indian Students Association at Seneca College organizes cultural events and helps fellow students.

Seneca College campuses provide various facilities such as accommodation, athletics and recreation, a bookstore, food services, a medical center, etc. Buildings housing Seneca students feature 24-hour video surveillance and front offices.
