Tennessee Technological University

Originally established in 1915 as a private polytechnic institute associated with the University of Dixie, Tennessee Technological University—affectionately known as Tennessee Tech—has evolved into a prestigious public institution. Granted university status in 1965, Tennessee Tech is located in Cookeville, Tennessee, on a 235-acre campus with numerous academic and administrative buildings.

With a robust enrollment exceeding 10,000 students, the university houses nine distinguished schools and colleges. Together, they offer a comprehensive selection of over 200 academic programs, spanning traditional liberal arts to specialized fields such as cybersecurity and environmental studies.
