CGPET Eligibility Criteria 2027

Candidates must have passed or be appearing in class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with chemistry or another subject accepted in place of it as specified for engineering admission. Applicants must be Indian nationals, and those seeking seats under the state quota must satisfy the domicile and residence conditions prescribed for Chhattisgarh and produce the required certificates at counselling. Reserved category candidates must hold valid caste or category certificates issued by the competent authority. Minimum qualifying marks, age limits and category relaxations are laid down in the official notification and information brochure.
