The Kuruvila Jacob Initiative for Promoting Excellence in School Education, offered by the Centre For Education Management and Development in New Delhi, supports school leaders such as Correspondents, Principals, Vice Principals, and Senior Teachers. The programme is a one-year course designed to strengthen leadership skills through three modules: Facilitative, Instructional, and Institutional Leadership. It includes three six-day contact sessions and is substantially subsidised by the Kuruvila Jacob Memorial Educational Trust.
