Applicants must be Indian citizens or OCI card holders, 23 years old or younger at the time of application, and currently enrolled or have completed studies at an Indian senior secondary school. Applicants must have applied for admission to a French higher education institution before applying for the scholarship and confirm that the entire course will be conducted in France.

Apply online through the official Campus France India portal before the stated deadline. Submit academic transcripts, proof of admission to a French institution, a statement of purpose, and a curriculum vitae. Ensure all documents are attested and uploaded in the required format.
