Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) was founded in 1986 in at BG Nagar, near Sri Adichunchanagiri Kshetra, Mandya, Karnataka. The Institute is affiliated with Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore. AIMS offers MBBS program of 4 ½ years with the capacity of 150 students, MS and MD program of 3-year each with 5 specializations and 12 specializations respectively. Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences also runs Diploma program of 2-year in 8 streams.

• Candidates have to apply online for KEA counselling if they are seeking admission to MBBS program.
• For MD, MS, PG Diploma program students shall download the application form from the college’s website and submit it through the post.
• Students who have passed 10+2 with PCB and have qualified NEET conducted by CBSE are considered eligible for admission to MBBS program.
• Those who hold MBBS Degree and is registered with the Medical Council of India and have passed NEET-PG conducted by NBE are eligible to apply for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma programs.
• Admission to MBBS course is given through KEA Counselling on the basis of candidate’s NEET merit.
• Selection of candidates for admission to PG courses is done on the basis of their marks scored in NEET-PG or State CET or COMED-K and seat is allotted through KEA counselling.
