JKBOSE Class 10 Science includes practical work. Students must complete practicals in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as part of their assessment.

- Verify the laws of refraction using a glass slab, and find the refractive index of the material.
- Show that the image is as far behind the plane mirror as the object is in front of it.
- Trace the path of rays through a glass prism and measure the angle of deviation. (2 obs).
- Using a glass prism, prove that ∠i + ∠e = ∠A + ∠d
- Find the focal length of a convex mirror using the candle wire gauge and screen.
- Trace the path of a ray of light through a glass slab and show that the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of emergence.
- Verify Ohm’s law (3 observations).
- Prepare an electromagnet and observe the relation between the direction of current and the polarity of the electromagnet.
