Manipur NEET Counselling

The process begins after NEET UG results are declared and the national authority releases the data needed for state counselling. The state authority issues a prospectus, opens online registration, verifies documents including proof of residence and category, and publishes a state merit list drawn from NEET UG scores. Candidates then fill choices and are allotted seats over a series of rounds, with mop-up and stray-vacancy rounds held at the end to fill seats left empty. The allotment covers state-quota seats in government medical and dental colleges in Manipur, and any private or deemed institution notified as participating. Rules on free exit, seat leaving bond, security deposit and reporting deadlines apply as published. Because the number of participating colleges, the reservation matrix and the round schedule change every year, candidates should follow only the current prospectus and notices issued by the state counselling authority.
