Faculty of Law, DU offers undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes in law. The main courses are the 3-year LLB, the 5-year BA LLB (Hons), the 5-year BBA LLB (Hons), the 2-year LLM, and a PhD programme.
Admission to the UG courses is entrance-based. You need to pass your 10+2 with a minimum of 50% from a recognised board and qualify for the CLAT exam. For PG courses, you need a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university and must qualify for the CUET PG exam.
- LLB is a 3-year course. The eligibility is a Bachelor's degree with 50% and a valid CUET PG or CLAT score. The first-year fee is INR 6,010 and the total fee is INR 18,030.
- BA LLB (Hons) is a 5-year course. The eligibility is 10+2 with 50% and a valid CLAT score. The first-year fee is INR 82,000 and the total fee is INR 9.5 Lakhs.
