Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata offers a MBA(Day), MBA(Eve), MBA(PS) ,MBA(HRM) course. Candidates who have a bachelor's degree are eligible to apply in the MBA course. Those candidates who want to pursue the MBA Eve) course can fill the admission form online by paying 900 RS and 1500 for rest courses. Applicants can secure admission in MBA (Day) and MBA HRM through CAT score and MBA (Evening) through MAT/CMAT/JEMAT score. Also institutes grant admission in MBA-PS on the basis of CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/JEMAT/GATE/ ATMA score. And the final selection is based on the personal interview round of the students.

IISWBM Kolkata can also obtain admission in PGDM-Sports Management through Written Test. The full marks for the written test will be 100 and the duration is 3 hours. Also IISWBM considers performance in the Academics to grant admission in PGDM-Fire Safety Management and Media Management. Admission in PGDM-Supply Chain and Logistics Management and Executive PGDM are offered depending upon the Academic Record and Work Experience.

Securing admission in PGDM-Business Analytics requires a valid score in CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/Institute’s Entrance Test while admission in Executive PGDM in Business Analytics is based on the Institute’s Entrance Exam. IISWBM, Kolkata conducts GD and PI rounds for the final selection of students.

Apart from PGDM courses, IISWBM Kolkata also offers a MRM course on the basis of CAT/MAT entrance exam scorecard. Candidates who have a bachelor's degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible to apply. Candidates who want to pursue the course can fill the admission form online by paying the admission fees of Rs. 600/-. Also, the final selection of the candidates are based on the Group Discussion round and the Personal Interview round of the students.
Admission to M.Phil and MSW is based upon the Written Test. Candidates who want to pursue the MSW course can fill the admission form online by paying the admission fees of Rs. 700/-. Candidates who have qualified NET/SET or equivalent national level examination will be exempted from Written Test and will be called for an interview round directly.
