- Dean's List Scholarship: INR 50,000 per year for selected Integrated M.Tech students.
- AICTE Scholarship: GATE-qualified students are eligible for fellowships from AICTE.
For research programmes, full-time Master of Science by Research students receive a stipend of INR 20,000 per month. Full-time PhD scholars receive INR 38,500 per month until they complete the comprehensive exam, and INR 43,500 per month after that. The stipend is paid for a period of 5 years.
