Bharath University, declared under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, invites applications for admission in 2009.

Application forms and prospectuses can be obtained in person from the University Admission/Corporate Office on payment of Rs. 750/- or by post on payment of Rs. 800/- by Demand Draft drawn in favour of 'Bharath University' payable at Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission, a student must have passed 10 + 2 or its equivalent.
- For all programmes: Minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry.
- For Bioinformatics, Biomedical & Biotechnology: Minimum 60% aggregate in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
- B.Arch admissions will be based on NATA exam scores.
- Admission to B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA Programmes will be on the basis of entrance exam marks. Successful GATE scores are exempt from entrance exam.
