About this Scholarship
The Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur offers admission to a three-year LLB with Honours in Intellectual Property Law and a two-year LLM programme at the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law. These programmes are designed for students who hold a first-class bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, technology, medicine, science, pharmacy, or an MBA, or a first-class law degree for the LLM programme.

Applicants must have a first-class bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, technology, medicine, science, pharmacy, or an MBA. For the LLM programme, a first-class or equivalent (minimum 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale) in a five-year LLB or BL degree from a recognised university is required.
