The Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) FOR STUDENTS OF J&K AND LADAKH FOR DIPLOMA HOLDER STUDENTS offers Rs. 1.25 Lakh, awarded by Upto Rs. 1.25 Lakh Per annum.

To apply you need to meet these conditions: Applicants must have passed a diploma from an institution located in J&K or Ladakh, with the qualification obtained no earlier than AY 2018‑19. Candidates should be seeking lateral entry admission to the second year of an engineering stream for the 2020‑21 session, based on vacant seats from AY 2019‑20. The scheme is open to all eligible diploma holders regardless of category, provided they meet the academic and regional criteria.
