About this Scholarship
Toptal Scholarships for Women supports women worldwide who show leadership potential and want to pursue their goals. The program offers financial aid and mentorship to help recipients grow professionally. Each year, selected applicants receive US$10,000 and a year of one-on-one mentorship from a Toptal leader.
The scholarship is open to women aged 16 and above who live and identify as women, regardless of their field of study or career stage.
