• On-Campus: The university provides on-campus housing to students as part of its residential halls. The on-campus housing is allocated on a lottery basis. Students are provided all essential facilities with study lounges & laundry facilities a common feature at every hall. Printers are available campus wide with 50 free pages of printing allowed per semester. The housing staff is there to assist students 24x7.
• Off-Campus: The Chico State housing does not manage off-campus housing for students, however it does manage a dedicated house search platform for students looking at accommodation near the campus.
