When you are deciding whether to pursue university studies, questions related to costs, financing and funding opportunities play an important role. Most degree courses at HAW Hamburg require students to pay a semester contribution but not tuition fees. Please be sure to also read the information about re-registration.
Administrative feeThe administrative fee is a flat-rate charge for all services provided by the university administration that fall outside the subject-related supervision. These include enrolment, special leave, re-registration, exam organisation and central advising services.
The administrative fee is not charged in the following cases:
