The information point in Wernigerode serves as a central service desk on campus for students.

The Admission and Registrar’s Office is the central interface between students and the university administration, and is responsible for all study-related administrative tasks. We would be happy to offer you advice in person, by telephone or by email, and will help you with admissions, enrolment, re-registration or leaves of absence.

To ensure that your studies go smoothly, we help you register for examinations and we receive your requests for examinations to be recognised for credit, proof of inability to sit examinations, and work placement documents. We are also happy to answer questions about fees for long-term students.

In addition, if you need personal assistance during your studies, we would be happy to offer you general and psychological advice at our contact points.
