Whether you are applying for aid, reviewing your award, submitting documents, or looking for scholarship resources, the Financial Aid Office is here to help.

To begin, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, and use Loyola’s school code: 001710.

Have questions about your aid package or next steps? Visit our Contact Us page to find the best way to connect with our team. For questions about billing, payment, or payment plans, please contact the Bursar's Office.

Need to send requested documents? Use Loyola’s secure upload to submit financial aid documents safely.

Visit studentaid.gov for additional information regarding the FAFSA form and additional updates provided by the U.S. Department of Education. We highly encourage you to carefully review the 'How to Fill Out the FAFSA Form' link to become familiar with steps that need to be taken before starting your FAFSA and to learn more about how the 2026-2027 is different than prior years. Loyola's School Code is 001710.

Loyola University Chicago has established a partnership with Inceptia to help make the federal verification process easier for students. If your FAFSA is selected for verification by the U.S. Department of Education, Inceptia will guide you through the next steps and let you know what documents are needed. Students selected for verification will receive an email from VGCS@inceptia.org or a postcard from Inceptia with a link to begin the process. Questions about the verification process? Contact Inceptia, Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm CST at 888.374.8427 or VGCS@inceptia.org.
