There are two authorized funds of Penn State University that provide a limited number of tuition grants exclusively for international students: The Special International Grant-in-Aid (SIGIA) and the Penn State Tuition Assistance Grant (PSTAG). Generally, these grants range from USD 100 - USD 2,000. Note that the SIGIA grant is available for graduate and undergraduate international students, whereas, PSTAG is only available to undergraduates only.
