One scholarship of $750 will be awarded to an incoming first-year student with no previous post-secondary experience. To be eligible, students must enrol in the 3-year or 4-year Bachelor of Arts degree program in Psychology, be an Alberta resident, have an average of 80% or higher on grade 12 entrance marks, and have financial need.

Beginning in 2025, one Alberta Teachers' Association Gold Medal in Education will be presented annually to the graduating Bachelor of Education student who has demonstrated the highest general proficiency in their coursework and field experiences (as determined by faculty). The Alberta Teachers' Association presents these awards to recognize the talent of up-and-coming leaders in the field and to reinforce the Association's public commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence in the profession.

One scholarship of $1,500 will be awarded each year to a full-time returning student who is enrolled in English, sociology, or education and was at least 21 years of age when they started their university studies at King’s. To be eligible students must apply, maintain a minimum 3.30 GPA, demonstrate involvement in the King’s student community, and have financial need.
