As a university for Applied Sciences aka Fachhochschule, TH Bingen does not make it to the global research focused rankings like the QS or THE. However, TH Bingen courses are accredited by a well-known accreditation agency, AQAS, and are fully recognized in Germany and the European Union.
As an Indian student, a formal recognition from the university may matter to you the most for two reasons which are future credential evaluation in India and eligibility for German PSW visa.
On both fronts, a TH Bingen Bachelor’s or the Master’s has the same formal recognition as a large German university degree. It’s status as an Applied Sciences German university does not lower its standing for the given purposes.
