University of Nevada Reno offers a range of scholarships as well as funding opportunities to international students every year. Some of the University of Nevada Reno scholarships offered to international students are given as follows:

• Graduate Assistantships
• International Peace Scholarship

The eligibility criteria for International Student Scholarships are given as follows:

• Must be a new or continuing student with a J-1 or F-1 visa student status in any degree program at the university
• The student must meet the University's Satisfactory Academic Progress Requirements
• UG students must submit an average GPA of 2.75 and Graduate students must submit a 3.0 GPA
• The Undergraduate applicants must be enrolled in a degree course with 15 academic credits
